Although Carmex is one of the most recognized and popular brands, the organisation behind Carmex in the Nordics is very small, and there is not enough people to manage the Instagram account on a regular basis. That's why I helped out by creating a content strategy, a content package and a content plan

CONTENT STRATEGY
Carmex

OBJECTIVE

•  Create a cohesive, on-brand, account page with a Nordic look. 
•  Plan ahead for a steady flow (1 post / week).

STRATEGY

In order to fulfill the objective, I identified four key perspectives of the brand: Product, Consumer, Functionality and Personality. This boiled down to 4 themes I used to create content; Carmex+Functionality, Carmex+Personality, Consumer+Functionality and Consumer+Personality. 

In order to create a varied but cohesive expression on Instagram, I decided to keep the order consistent with the themes when posting. This way, no perspective gets left out or over-represented.

DETAILS

The content package consisted of 29 posts for instagram, including design and copy. The images is a mix of my own photography and design together with images from Unsplash and reworked images from Carmex.
